1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.

  • If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and liners attached

  • Items must show no signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Mystery box items

  • Items marked Final Sale


Try-On Guidelines (Important)

To ensure eligibility for returns, please follow these guidelines when trying on your items:

  • Try on items without wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant, or beauty products that may leave marks or scents

  • Please wear underwear when trying on shapewear

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, stains, or odors


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions

⚠️ Please do not send your return back to the manufacturer directly.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers will be charged at most once for return shipping

  • No restocking fees will be charged for returned items

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item


4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer product exchanges subject to stock availability

  • In most cases, only one return or exchange is allowed per order

5. Refunds
